Good Assasin profession?
Well, i have been checking around and assasin looks like a really cool profession. Anyone know of a common profession that goes with assasin, or assasin could be the secondary profession if that works better.

Most assassins use just assassin skills. Not a lot of things blend well.
Warrior can be okay for IASs. Devishes can be good for the Grenth's Grasp build. Monk is okay for resuable res in PvE. |

Mesmer is good for perma-shadowform running.
Elementalist is a good secondary for farming. Necromancer is sometimes used in PvP for Rigor Mortis. [rigor [email protected]] Much better than the sin alternative, Expose Defenses. [Expose [email protected]] Ritualist can be used for a different hard res, or an awkard spike build. |

Mesmer for Fragility.
Necromancer for Plague Touch. Elementalist for Sliver Armor. Paragon for "Find Their Weakness!". Ranger for Barrage. Warrior for IAS. Ritualist for Splinter Weapon. Dervish for Mystic Regeneration. Monk for reusable rez. There are options for each secondary. I listed one for each, but there are far more things you could do with each secondary. Its a matter of how you want to play, how you play well, and what games you have access to for skills. |

It is PvE so why would he go /w for an IAS when [critical agility] is available?
Besides it doesn't matter what your secondary is when you use assassin just remember that your not a tank. |

Any 2ndary works fine - overall unless you are farming, running or something specific you will use mostly sin skills for general gameplay anyway.

It isn't immediately apparent but assassins work really well with any other physical class in secondary. Primarily for the fact that critical strikes is a great attribute to use with any weapon, even more so when you get [Way of the master]. However that's all alternative type stuff, for the most part you can usually bring all assassin skills and be fine.
